The 5th workout is an extra gains workout which will be different every time๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ If you have time to do less you can skip my extra gains workout at the end of the week or do as many workouts as you have time and continue next week from where you left so you don't miss any workouts! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โœ… GYM OR HOME! This is by far the most versatile challenge, because you can do gym versions of the exercises but also do the whole challenge from home - I have exercises for both. You only need dumbbells and a miniband when training from home. The structure of the 6 week challenge goes like this: Week 1 CRUSH IT! Week 2 Spice it up! Week 3 LEVEL UP! Week 4 Spice it up! Week 5 ALL IN! Week 6 Spice it up! ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ This challenge is progressive and on Spice it up - weeks the workouts get even more spicy compared to the previous week๐Ÿ˜˜ ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Every 2 weeks you get brand new 2 weeks of workouts and we mix things up to challenge your muscles and keep things interesting. #community I competed in synchronized skating for years and started ice skating when I was 3 years old. Since retiring from the ice I fell in love with lifting weights and have been training at the gym for over 15 years. I really appreciate the ability to move and workout since that hasn't always been the case. My knee had to be operated due to an injury and for almost two years I couldn't train legs properly. Just as I started to get back on the saddle my ankle got injured and I had to start another recovery process all over again so I know the struggle. It takes a lot of patience to keep on going when obstacles happen and I'm so happy to be where I am today. It hasn't been easy or by any means a quick road but at the same time I think not everything in life even should be. Remember that you have the power to make things happen! Donโ€™t wait!
