Ready for booty gains at the gym? The Booty Build Gym program is designed to build muscle and strength to your glutes and lower body. We'll hit the lower body 3 times a week, work our entire upper body every week as well and do one cardio session to improve cardiovascular fitness. 12 weeks consists of 3 periods and your routine will update every 4 weeks.
