WELCOME TO THE 4 WEEKS ABS CHALLENGE! I'm so excited to focus on ab work with you through this month! I have created this challenge to strengthen our abs and core. It's so great to just take your phone or tablet, check the workout from the challenge and just smash it! WE SO GOT THIS! We have 5 workouts a week and every workout is new and different! You get new workouts every week! Some of the workouts are real time and some are structured so that they can be done with your own pace - I know you love to do both! How long is the challenge? ✅4 weeks ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How many workouts a week? ✅5 workouts ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How long do the workouts take? ✅about 15 to 20 minutes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Can I choose my own workout days? ✅YES! You can choose your own workout days to best fit in to your daily life ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What do I need to do this challenge? ✅Your beautiful self! No equipment is required. For extra challenge grab a dumbbell or a water bottle with you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Can I do this at home? ✅Yes! You can do the challenge at home or at the gym! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Can I still do my normal workouts? ✅Absolutely!
