Eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them at hand. You can eat anything in moderation but I recommend limiting sugar, alcohol and junk food for best results during these 40 days. Drink one big cup of water first thing in the morning. Also drink enough water throughout the day.
