A long time ago, I was a runner. I would do endless miles, barely eating all in an aim to be smaller. Then, something pretty cool I happened. I realized that being strong, confident, full of energy? Felt WAY better than shrinking myself away ever did. Since that day I’ve never looked back. I’ve been a personal trainer for 4 years now, helping hundreds of incredible people find the same path. Last year I extended this to a strength and conditioning degree- bodybuilding is an incredible tool to become stronger and chase your figure goals, but I wanted more. More knowledge, more passion and more for my clients. I pride myself on delivering exceptional training, quality nutrition advice and a family based support service. I don’t believe in under eating, restriction or training like anybody else. I believe you are an athlete. I believe we are all athletes, and it’s about finding a lifestyle that supports you as such. That’s where I come in.
