Love the class. I find it a bit difficult to do knee pivots when wearing shorts, my skin sticks to the mat, I’m also in my 40’s maybe my skin is a bit more lax than most and I’ve lost quite a bit of weight.

Great short class. I liked being able to apply a tiny bit of hang time after gaining handstand knowledge in prior Holly classes. Namaste.
