you the tools that you need in order to succeed on your fitness goals but also on your overall health.
This program will help you shape your entire body!
We’ll be building the glutes and legs three times a week. You'll have a bonus for Upper body & ABS twice a week.
Cardio: I recommend you to do it after weight training. It will depend on your schedule and the time that you have available. You can do 30 minutes 4 times a week.
