A 6 week program focused on reconnecting back to and strengthening core postpartum, strengthening pelvic floor and mobility. This guide is designed to help rebuild core strength after baby and improve pelvic floor function. It begins with breath work first and then has core progressions incorporated throughout. This phase ends with functional bodyweight movements that mimic demands of motherhood and transitions into the second phase - returning to strength.

Hi there! 👋🏼 Im so happy you’re here! I’m Heather - wife to Ethan and momma of two toddlers (5 & 2) and a full time RN turned Fitness Coach! I have always had a passion for health, wellness and fitness and sharing that with others is a dream come true.
