This program is 3 full-body workouts per week that average around 30-40 minutes per session. Perfect for those who are short on time and want to make the most of it! This is easily scaleable whether you are a beginner or intermediate. 

We are focusing on compound lifts along with some smart supersets. You're going to see the main movement patterns in every workout - squat, hinge, push, pull and core work with the goal to progress across the weeks through increased weight, reps, sets, etc. 

Each workout will have one main strength lift where it is "standalone" with a designated rest time. I encourage you to really push yourself here in weight selection! You'll see the main strength move followed by 2 short supersets to maximize your time without sacrificing your results!
