Hi there! 👋🏼 Im so happy you’re here! I’m Heather - wife to Ethan and momma of two (6 & 3) with our third baby on the way! I was a full time RN who turned my passion of helping women take control over their health and wellness and became full time with HLWATKINSFIT. I have always had a passion for health, wellness and fitness and sharing that with others is a dream come true. What do I need to participate in this program?
These are mostly bodyweight movements, occasionally there is a movement that includes a dumbbell.
What are the goals of the program?
Tighter and more toned midsection. Help strengthen core postpartum. A stronger core can help in other lifts and areas.
