Get started today!

This is a 6 week program with a 3 day split. All that’s needed are dumbbells and resistance band! Can be done entirely from home or take it to the gym if you’d like! Workouts average around 30-45 minutes total. Feel free to split up the core circuits to later in the day or complete on an active rest day if you prefer instead. The optional fourth day is typically quicker (20-30 mins) as it’s strength and conditioning Split: 1. Legs + Core 2. Push + Conditioning 3. Pull + Core 4. (optional 4th) Full body day strength + conditioning

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
