I'm Heather, a mom, partner, and a yoga and mobility instructor.
I love helping people create a deeper connection between their bodies, minds, and souls. My approach to healthy living is rooted in balance, combining strength, mindfulness, and movement.
My own journey to this work was shaped by challenges that taught me the importance of resilience and self-awareness.
Growing up in an unconventional and often difficult environment, I found healing and empowerment through movement and mindfulness.
Now, it's my greatest passion to guide others toward that same sense of freedom and strength.
