    About Autumn Sitton

    Online nutrition, fitness, and yoga coach!

    Currently living in Southwest Colorado and loving this life! Paddleboarding in the summertime, desert camping, mountain biking, skiing in the winter, being a mom, wife, and fitness coach keep me busy and happy! I started my own fitness journey in 2017! I fell in love with going to the gym for a good sweat, meeting some of whom are now my best people, and the way my body felt when I moved. I knew there was a whole lot of information out there so I decided to pursue a health coaching for adults & seniors certificate, a CPT certificate, a nutrition coaching certificate, and quite a few more specialty certifications, including weight loss, virtual & women's fitness. My love for yoga began my freshman year of college, back in 2011-2012. I took a yoga course to fulfill the phys. ed requirement but also just really wanted to exercise. From the very first class I knew that one day I would be teaching yoga! It actually took me quite a while to accomplish this dream but now I'm ready to share my passion! It is my goal to help you feel confident & that you can trust your body, no matter where you are or what season of life. Let's find a balance and fall in love with being well!
