Welcome to Fall for Yoga! I am so excited to share these fall inspired yoga classes with you. These are perfect to cozy up inside on a cool morning or evening. Or flow outside in the crisp air for a more energizing sensation!

This playlist above is my personal yoga preference and is perfect for an ENERGIZING sesh, I feel emotion with these songs and so I encourage you to put it on in the background, it is sorted into a specific order that flows with each phrase of the flow. If nothing else, I recommend putting on Gavi's song for your Savasana.

This one is not one that I personally made but it is great for a relaxing & soothing practice.

Remember that you can take these classes more than once to strengthen your poses and connection to your breath! 
Please follow the Vinyasa Flows in order: Half Moon, Camel, Crow, Boat. I suggest working through 1 class per week but you may repeat as many times. 
For example: 
Week 1 follow Half Moon Flow 1x - 3x
Week 2 follow Camel Flow 1x - 3x 
Week 3 follow Crow Flow 1x - 3x
Week 4 follow Boat Flow 1x - 3x
