Here you will find daily lifts! These workouts are not tied to a set program and you do not have to follow them in any particular order. If you are looking for a more structured workout program, check out "Moving Forward"! You will need a pair of light, medium and heavy dumbbells. I also enjoy adding a mini loop band for extra resistance. If you don't have weights, you can also use a long band. I also would suggest a bench and a mat for some of the floor exercises but not required! If you have any questions or need more help making modifications feel free to reach out at any time, I am happy to help in any way I can. Now, let's get this thing going and start making some gains!!
