The Summer Bridge Program is a great hybrid of my two fan favorite programs: Foundational Fitness and 30 Minute and Under: upper and lower strength + quick full body HIIT workouts! Are you brand new to my programming? That is okay! Do NOT worry if you are jumping into this program fresh or have not done any of my previous programs, anyone can do this program at any time. Each workout comes with modifications, substitutions, and form descriptions.

About the program

A great addition to the Spring Bridge Program. The Summer Bridge Program is a great hybrid of continuing strength made in the last 3 phases of training while still incorporating HIIT styled full body workouts. Are you brand new to my programming? That is okay! Do NOT worry if you are jumping into this program fresh or have not done any of my previous programs, this program is for EVERYONE! What you will find is that this program is: Challenging yet scalable- modifications are included for every movement! Minimal equipment- you will see a *optional* barbell and dumbbells used! Strength & cardio based- Two days a week will be strength focused and two days a week will be full body cardio focused.

    #community Hello there, my name is Hannah. I am so honored you have chosen to stop by and check out my page. Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition, and mindset guidance, Iโ€™d like to share with you have they came to be. Like many of you, I am no stranger to hard times. I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraska. That is until I dislocated both of my elbows at the same time. This is only after recovering from breaking both ankles at the same time. I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and extreme sudden weight gain. It is no surprise that eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and low self-worth found its way into my life. In fact they buried me. I tried every diet under the sun and did cardio for hours, restricted entire food groups with no results. In fact it I was gaining weight. This left me a shell of my former self. I am sure thereโ€™s been a time in your life where you can relate... feeling like nothing in your life is turning out, despite giving it your all. It was with time, radical self-love, and a refusal to give up on myself that I learned the secrets to to success in fitness. And let me tell you it is not a diet, restriction, self-loathing, or death by cardio. Hear me loud: you cannot self-punish or hate yourself into a dream body.     Frequently asked questions

    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    The workouts are designed for all levels Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What equipment do I need?
    All you will need is a pair of dumbbells. However, to make the most of this program I do recommend a light, medium, and heavy pair. This will make modifying for things like a barbell very achievable and easy!
    What kind of workouts can I expect?
    You can expect 4 workouts a week. Two full body HIIT workouts and two strength based workouts (an upper and lower body day).
