Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels
Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
What equipment do I need? All you will need is a pair of dumbbells. However, to make the most of this program I do recommend a light, medium, and heavy pair. This will make modifying for things like a barbell very achievable and easy!
What kind of workouts can I expect? You can expect 4 workouts a week.
Two full body HIIT workouts and two strength based workouts (an upper and lower body day).
