About the program

This program is the perfect hybrid of strength building and fun, engaging, and spicy circuits. It was originally designed to bridge the gap between Challenges by taking the aspects loved most in the 30 Minute and Under Program while introducing strength based movements to prepare for the Foundational Fitness Program.
  • You will need access to dumbbells (or kettlebells) and an optional barbell/squat rack.
  • Every workout comes with equipment substitutions and movement modifications for all levels
  • You'll also get in depth form review and instruction.

There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
