This program is for you. The you who doesn’t have a barbell at home, is just getting started, or needs something with a little less intensity right now. Maybe you’re pregnant, postpartum and haven’t had the chance to reclaim movement yet, or simply in a season where meeting your body where it’s at is the priority. Whatever brought you here, this program was built for you. This program can be as intense or as easing-into-it as you make it. You set the pace. Reclaim isn’t about starting over. It’s about coming home to yourself. Over the next six weeks, you’re going to reclaim what fitness means to you, not what some highlight reel tells you it should be. You’ll reclaim your time, your strength, your athleticism, and that feeling of being capable as hell in your own body. Whether that looks like a full workout or five minutes of intentional movement squeezed between the chaos of life, every single effort counts. We’re celebrating all of it. Here’s how we’re doing this: Each week includes two strength days to build real power (no barbell required), two athletic days to reconnect with your inner athlete (yes, she’s still in there), and two deep core sessions focused on foundational work that will change how your body moves and feels from the inside out. There’s also an optional mobility day for when your body is asking for a little extra love. Whether you played sports your whole life or have never considered yourself “athletic,” we’re training to move our bodies in dynamic, badass ways, and that’s what athleticism really is. Some days you’ll crush it. Some days you’ll show up for five minutes and call it a win, because it is one. This program meets you where you are and builds from there. You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re just getting started on taking it all back. Let’s go get strong as hell.

Hello there, I’m Hannah! I am so honored you’ve chosen to stop by and check out my page. Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition, and mindset guidance, I’d love to share how they came to be. Like many of you, I’m no stranger to hard times. I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraska—until I dislocated both elbows at the same time, after already recovering from breaking both ankles simultaneously. I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and sudden weight gain. Eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and crushing self-doubt found their way in and completely buried me. I tried every diet under the sun, did hours of cardio, and restricted entire food groups—with zero results. In fact, I kept gaining weight, which left me a shell of my former self. I’m sure there’s been a time in your life where you can relate… feeling like nothing is working out despite giving it your absolute all. But here’s what changed everything: time, radical self-love, and a complete refusal to give up on myself. That’s when I discovered the real secrets to fitness success. And let me tell you—it’s not dieting, restriction, self-loathing, or endless cardio. Hear me loud and clear: you cannot hate or punish yourself into your dream body.
