🔥THE CHALLENGE

Over 6 weeks, you’re going to reclaim what fitness means to you, not what some highlight reel tells you it should be! You’ll reclaim your time, your strength, your athleticism, and that feeling of being capable as hell in your own body. Whether that looks like a full hour of sweating it out or five minutes between life chaos, every single effort counts. We’re celebrating all of it. We’re training to move our bodies in dynamic, badass ways, and that’s what athleticism really is -- no previous fitness required! This program meets you where you are and builds from there. You’re just getting started on taking it all back. Let’s go get strong as hell! WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK:
  • 6 days per week
  • 30–45 min workouts you can do anywhere
  • 2 strength days
  • 2 athletic days
  • 2 deep core / pelvic floor days
  • 1 (optional) mobility day
  • Dumbbells + band required (gym optional)
  • Videos guidance for every move
  • In-app community of supportive women

Hello there, I’m Hannah! I am so honored you’ve chosen to stop by and check out my page. Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition, and mindset guidance, I’d love to share how they came to be. Like many of you, I’m no stranger to hard times. I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraska—until I dislocated both elbows at the same time, after already recovering from breaking both ankles simultaneously. I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and sudden weight gain. Eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and crushing self-doubt found their way in and completely buried me. I tried every diet under the sun, did hours of cardio, and restricted entire food groups—with zero results. In fact, I kept gaining weight, which left me a shell of my former self. I’m sure there’s been a time in your life where you can relate… feeling like nothing is working out despite giving it your absolute all. But here’s what changed everything for me: Time, radical self-love, and a complete refusal to give up on myself. That’s when I discovered the real secrets to fitness success. And let me tell you—it’s not dieting, restriction, self-loathing, or endless cardio. Hear me loud and clear: you cannot hate or punish yourself into your dream body.
