Congratulations Mama on the arrival of your little one! I hope you are proud of yourself and are ready to give your core some much needed attention and care. This rehab program is built in four phases to help you connect to your core, develop endurance, build strength and foster functionality of the deep core. This program is self-paced as your healing is individual and the journey you are walking. I cannot wait to join you on this journey!

About the program

Phase 1: Connect You will learn to connect and coordinate your pelvic floor, transverse abdominus & diaphragm through the intentional breath work. • There will be mobility for you to follow. It should take you around 5 minutes. Phase 2: Coordination & Endurance You will build upon the connection and coordination you established in phase 1 and learning a new breathing technique that will strengthen the connection & coordination you have built. • There will be different positions you will progress through and reps. • There will be a new 5 min mobility flow. Phase 3: Build You will begin strengthening your deep core and building upon everything you have built thus far. • You will learn another breathing technique that allows you to maintain core engagement and begin challenging your deep core in supine and prone positions. Phase 4: Strength • will begin building your core and challenging it through progressive overload. will be working your deep core and outer core to establish overall functionality, balance and good movement patterns. • There will be 2 workouts. Each workout has 5 exercises with a functional warmup movement. Each exercise will have 4 levels of difficulty to progress through. In addition to the 2 workouts, there are 3 functional exercises + mobility.

I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraska. That is until I dislocated both of my elbows at the same time. This is only after recovering from breaking both ankles at the same time. I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and extreme sudden weight gain. It is no surprise that eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and low self-worth found its way into my life. In fact they buried me. I tried every diet under the sun and did cardio for hours, restricted entire food groups with no results. In fact it I was gaining weight. This left me a shell of my former self. I am sure there’s been a time in your life where you can relate... feeling like nothing in your life is turning out, despite giving it your all. It was with time, radical self-love, and a refusal to give up on myself that I learned the secrets to to success in fitness. And let me tell you it is not a diet, restriction, self-loathing, or death by cardio. Hear me loud: you cannot self-punish or hate yourself into a dream body.
