Get ready to level up! Can you believe you are on PHASE 3? Over the next 4 weeks, you'll experience your most advanced training phase yet. We've carefully designed this block to push your limits and help you achieve more athleticism, as you guys asked. So many new exercises that may feel awkward at first, but don't worry, you have 4 weeks to perfect them! Building on everything you've mastered so far, Phase 3 introduces workout techniques and strategic progressions that will begin to transform your performance. Time to show yourself what you're truly capable of. Have fun with this phase! Program Overview: * 4 sessions per week * Time structure: 5-10 min warm-up, 25-35 min main work, 5 min cooldown (if applicable) * Rest periods: 2 min for main lifts, 90 sec for power movements, 45-60 sec for accessories * Prerequisite: Proficiency in basic barbell movements Weekly Structure * Day 1: Lower Body Power & Strength * Day 2: Upper Body Push Power * Day 3: Lower Body Explosiveness * Day 4: Upper Body Pull Power Within all of this you will improve power, conditioning and athleticism

Hello there, I’m Hannah! I am so honored you’ve chosen to stop by and check out my page. Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition, and mindset guidance, I’d love to share how they came to be. Like many of you, I’m no stranger to hard times. I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraska—until I dislocated both elbows at the same time, after already recovering from breaking both ankles simultaneously. I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and sudden weight gain. Eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and crushing self-doubt found their way in and completely buried me. I tried every diet under the sun, did hours of cardio, and restricted entire food groups—with zero results. In fact, I kept gaining weight, which left me a shell of my former self. I’m sure there’s been a time in your life where you can relate… feeling like nothing is working out despite giving it your absolute all. But here’s what changed everything: time, radical self-love, and a complete refusal to give up on myself. That’s when I discovered the real secrets to fitness success. And let me tell you—it’s not dieting, restriction, self-loathing, or endless cardio. Hear me loud and clear: you cannot hate or punish yourself into your dream body.
