Welcome to the Express Weekly Training! This weekly training is the condensed version of my signature weekly training, you’ll find right next to this highlight You’ll work on the same program/phase, but it’s modified to fit three days a week and 30-40 minutes per session. Instead of body splits, you’ll do 3 full body days while maintaining the same training goals as the current phase you are training in. You’ll notice that the main strength movements remain identical to the full program. This way you can work on the key exercises with adequate volume to see progress. There is a blend in the accessory movements working upper and lower body supersets & circuits for time efficiency. The overall volume is reduced in the accessory movements, but you should still see progress in your main lifts. With three full body days, you’re getting similar volume training across all your muscle groups as the longer program. Want more? If you have extra time, feel free to add in some running or hop over to the regular programming. You can always finish with some of the finishers or cool downs from the full program when you want that little bit of extra work! Fit Your Lifestyle: If you thrive on consistency (with variety) and community input, this is perfect for you. If you struggle with consistency and stress about sticking with a plan, my permanent programs might be a better fit so you can go at your own pace. Important Note: These workouts are only available until the workout cycles out. 15 workouts will stay in this highlight bubble before they cycle to updated programming. 👏🏼 Make sure to mark your favorites as they come to maintain permanent access to the workout before it expires. Hello there, I’m Hannah! I am so honored you’ve chosen to stop by and check out my page. Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition, and mindset guidance, I’d love to share how they came to be. Like many of you, I’m no stranger to hard times. I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraska—until I dislocated both elbows at the same time, after already recovering from breaking both ankles simultaneously. I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and sudden weight gain. Eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and crushing self-doubt found their way in and completely buried me. I tried every diet under the sun, did hours of cardio, and restricted entire food groups—with zero results. In fact, I kept gaining weight, which left me a shell of my former self. I’m sure there’s been a time in your life where you can relate… feeling like nothing is working out despite giving it your absolute all. But here’s what changed everything: time, radical self-love, and a complete refusal to give up on myself. That’s when I discovered the real secrets to fitness success. And let me tell you—it’s not dieting, restriction, self-loathing, or endless cardio. Hear me loud and clear: you cannot hate or punish yourself into your dream body.
