Hello there, Iโm Hannah! I am so honored youโve chosen to stop by and check out my page. Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition, and mindset guidance, Iโd love to share how they came to be.
Like many of you, Iโm no stranger to hard times. I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraskaโuntil I dislocated both elbows at the same time, after already recovering from breaking both ankles simultaneously.
I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and sudden weight gain. Eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and crushing self-doubt found their way in and completely buried me.
I tried every diet under the sun, did hours of cardio, and restricted entire food groupsโwith zero results. In fact, I kept gaining weight, which left me a shell of my former self.
Iโm sure thereโs been a time in your life where you can relateโฆ feeling like nothing is working out despite giving it your absolute all.
But hereโs what changed everything: time, radical self-love, and a complete refusal to give up on myself. Thatโs when I discovered the real secrets to fitness success. And let me tell youโitโs not dieting, restriction, self-loathing, or endless cardio.
Hear me loud and clear: you cannot hate or punish yourself into your dream body.
My page and my life are dedicated to helping women break free from toxic diet and fitness culture. You are stronger and more capable than you could ever imagine.
Here, we celebrate ALL bodies at ALL stages. We celebrate the small victories and the big ones. We celebrate what your body can DO, not what it looks like. We celebrate effort and determination, not outward perfection.
We celebrate adjusting, adapting, modifying, and making it workโwhatever that looks like for YOUR life.
Whether you squeeze in workouts during lunch breaks, between feedings, or in your only free 20 minutes of the dayโฆ you belong here ๐
Letโs do this together, fam! #sweatisgold
