I grew up an athlete but I never fully understood what I meant to be healthy. I just did what everyone else was doing. I’ve tried extreme dieting and a rigid workout routines and neither led to joy. Through my own personal journey and education I realized there’s a TON of misinformation out there and many of us women run with the waves of whatever is popular in hopes it will be THE thing that finally works. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
