What are the goals of this program? This program isn't just to get great physical results. The goal is to build consistent habits where you're mentally going to transform and become unstoppable in both fitness and other areas of your life!
Every Sunday evening the workouts for the next week will be uploaded including a weekly habit for you to prioritize such as drinking a certain amount of water, steps, protein intake, etc.
Being consistent on general healthy habits leads to best results!
What do I need to participate? All you need are 2-3 different sizes of dumbbells! I recommend heavy for lower body and medium/light for upper body.
Since there is minimal equipment to this program, a gym membership is not required!
How should I take my progress photos? Progress photos are not required but I highly recommend it! The scale only tells a small story to the work you're putting in. Plus if you're putting in a lot of intent behind training and nutrition, it's amazing to compare week 1 vs week 8!
If you choose to take photos, do so with a clear backdrop to really put the focus on your transformation. Clear lighting is also a must!
Progress photos are for your own benefit but if you're really wanting to hold yourself accountable, please feel free to share your photos and weekly wins with us in the HC Fit Facebook group!
