Welcome to Hybrid 2.0! This is an 8 week program where you get to combine running with strength training! By the end of this program, you will have endured a full 8 weeks of hard work which is going to lead into a stronger body, stronger mind and a whole new level of confidence! What's included: - 8 week program - Strength training workouts that only require a dumbbell so this program can be done at home or the gym - Beginner, intermediate and advanced running workouts - Recommended heart rate zone to run in with explanation on how to find your zone - Video description for each exercise Now with this being the 2.0 version, you don't necessarily have to start the OG Hybrid program before jumping into this one. I personally love the original version because I provide weekly habits to work on so if you're brand spanking new, the habit building is a great way to slowly get your feet wet while building momentum at the same time.   The original hybrid program also rotates between cardio days and strength training days where the Hybrid 2.0 has some double training session days with both strength and cardio. If that sounds too intimidating for your schedule right now, that's totally fine! I still recommend checking out the OG version to get you started!

Hey there, I’m Hailey! I’m so glad you’re here & hope that this app helps you fall in love with feeling strong, both physically & mentally! A little bit about me…Fitness & athletics have been my thing throughout middle school and high school. My main sport I played was volleyball but at 16 years old, I fell in love with running. A few years after graduating high school, my passion for being active quickly faded due to life circumstances. Rather than facing the issues head on, I leaned into food and alcohol as a coping mechanism. Combine those habits with lack of activity, I gaining weight extremely fast. In 2017 I decided that I was done wasting my life away so I was on a mission to find myself again. My weight loss journey is a whole story of trial and error but because I simply just started by putting one foot in front of the other, taking small actionable steps and following through on my promises, I’m now in a better place than I have ever been. And that’s exactly why I have created my training and nutrition programs the way that I have. I want to help as many people as I can create their healthier, sustainable, HAPPY lives without feeling restricted. I want nothing more than to help you, too. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
