Do I need to take progress photos? NOPE! Progress photos aren't required but I highly recommend it. The scale only tells a small story of the work you're putting in. Plus if you're putting in a lot of intentional behind your workouts and your nutrition, you will be mind blown on how much physical change you can see comparing week 1 to week 8!
