They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit so I introduce to you - The 21 Day Consistency Challenge!

The purpose of this challenge is to simply build consistency and discipline with your fitness. It’s great for beginners because it’s easy to follow, won’t burn you out right off the bat and keeps your body moving and guessing throughout the entire 3 weeks.

Pair this program with a diet that’s filled with protein, fruit, veggies and healthy carbs and you’ll be on your way to a healthy new you!

You'll have 2 full body strength workouts per week which can be completed either at home or the gym. All you need is a couple different dumbbells. I recommend a heavier set for lower body and medium/light weight for upper.
