At minimum, during RAP (Ranger Assessment Phase) Week: PASS THE RPFT (Ranger Physical Fitness Test) - 49 push-ups - 59 sit-ups - 5-mile run in under 40 minutes - 6 chin-ups PASS THE 12-MILE RUCK MARCH - Under 3 hours carrying a 35lb ruck sack (dry) and assigned weapon.
