About the program

This is a four week program designed to get you through the first month of the new year! January can be a rough month to stay consistent, and motivation often drops off after the first couple of weeks. This program will include three workouts a week, and it is designed to make working out efficient and effective, so you don't have to think twice about what you're going to do in the gym. There will be a designated upper body, lower body, and full body (core) day, with active rest and recovery days built into each week. You can repeat this program as many times as you want or need to!

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
