This is a four week program designed to get you through the toughest part of a fitness journey! The first four weeks of a new commitment can be a tough time to stay consistent, and motivation often drops off after the first couple of weeks. 

This program will include three workouts a week, and it is designed to make working out efficient and effective, so you don't have to think twice about what you're going to do in the gym. There will be a designated upper body, lower body, and full body (core) day, with active rest and recovery days built into each week. 

You can repeat this program as many times as you want or need to!
