What are the goals of the program? The goals of this program are to help you build & strengthen that booty through a series of comprehensive and convenient workouts so you can stay on track!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Follow along closely with the three designated workouts per week, prioritize form & technique over speed, and do your best to incorporate at least 15 grams of protein for each meal.
How to schedule the program into a week? A majority of these workouts have been strategically designed to fit into your daily routine. So long as you set aside a sufficient amount of time, these workouts should be effective & enjoyable.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for all skill levels. But, since a majority of these workouts can be done at home & are body weight focused, it will cater more to the beginner.
