Welcome to the July Shred Workout Program! This program is 4 weeks long split into 5 workouts per week! The split breakdown is Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core & Cardio, and an Active Rest Day! This program is designed for all fitness levels and it does require working out at a gym. Some of the workouts can be done at home with a set up of dumbbells and resistance bands as well! Follow along with the program step by step and increase the weight as needed. The goal is to build lean muscle and strength throughout the next 4 weeks so let's get started!!
