- Lean back slightly and raise your legs
- Rotate from side to side engaging your core

Russian twists

- Get into a prone position on the floor, supporting your weight on your toes and your forearms. Your arms are bent and directly below the shoulder.
- Keep your body straight at all times, and hold this position as long as possible. To increase difficulty, an arm or leg can be raised.

Forearm Plank

- Start with your feet together
- Come up engaging your core
- Lower with a slow controlled motion

Butterfly situps

- Raise your arms and legs 
- Engage your glutes at the top

Superman

- Hold dumbbell in one hand and extend your foot from the opposite side out. 
- Draw your foot and hand to touch each other
- Return back to starting position
