Day 2 of Week 2 and this week you’ll be striving to better your last. Exercises and rep ranges are the same but let’s see what you’ve got. Keep the form but strive for some improvements.

Right shoulder felt slack, kept weight the same way as W1 and completed all workouts except chin ups - ran out of time before early work. Feeling good though 😌
