Welcome to my training app. My name is Gabe Souza, I have been training for over 7 years. My health and fitness journey started when I was 15 years old playing football and grew a passion for strength training. Growing up I was very skinny, I weighed about 125lbs and I was very weak. I knew that I needed to gain weight and muscle in order to feel confident in myself and my abilities as an athlete. I was eating 3-5 times throughout the day and weightlifting 5 days a week. I started to become obsessed with fitness. Over years of trial and error, hard work, consistency, I was able to build muscle and get stronger. Now I have finally built the body I am proud to show. I used my “why” factor to push me to new levels. I remembered every time why I wanted to get better and grow so nothing could stop me. The fitness lifestyle has completely changed my life for the better and has led me to my passion of helping others do the same. I couldn’t be more excited to help you on your own fitness journey!
