This is where you build the base every serious transformation needs.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll rotate between barbell + machine weeks and dumbbell + cable weeks, giving you full exposure to every major training style in the gym.
You’ll master form on the big lifts, build confidence on machines, and lock in control with dumbbell and cable work. Each cycle pushes you further, increasing reps, load, and intensity so you’re not just learning movements, you’re progressing week after week.
Perfect if you’re coming back after time off and need to rebuild strength, control, and consistency.
Great for beginners who want to get comfortable with equipment and nail proper technique.
Even experienced lifters can use it to tighten form, test numbers, and re-establish a bulletproof foundation.
