G7: BRUTE — The Muscle & Strength Builder
This is where power meets precision. BRUTE is designed to help you pack on size, build real strength, and dominate the fundamentals that every serious physique is built on.
The program runs a 5 Day split:
Upper / Lower / Rest / Push / Pull / Legs / Rest
It follows a two week cycle:
Week A = higher reps (volume + control)
Week B = lower reps (heavier + power focus)
Week A builds muscle endurance and control. Week B lets you push heavier loads for raw, measurable strength.
Failure Targets:
20–25 reps → reach failure between 15–20
15 reps → fail between 12–15
12 reps → fail between 10–12
10 reps → fail between 8–10
8 reps → fail between 6–8
7 or 5 reps → fail at target or just 1 under
Form comes first. Don’t ego lift.
Strength isn’t about reckless reps. It’s about clean, progressive overload. Track your numbers in the app and push to outlift yourself every week.

Recommended Add-Ons:
Abs: 2x per week to reinforce your core and stability for heavy lifts.
Cardio: 2x per week — 20–30 minutes steady state, or burn ~300 calories per session. Use whatever method keeps you consistent.
