Hey! I’m Freddy, a Pilates instructor and professional dancer who found my purpose through movement. Growing up, dance was more than a passion—it was my language and my escape. But like many dancers, I faced injuries that led me to discover Pilates. It changed my life, helping me recover and deepening my understanding of movement as a tool for both body and mind. With years of experience performing with companies like Burklyn Ballet Theater and Missouri Contemporary Ballet, I eventually became the Lead Instructor at Club Pilates. My journey inspired me to create Fly Fresh Fitness, a brand dedicated to making Pilates more inclusive, fun, and accessible. I want to break down barriers in wellness, bringing diverse perspectives to Pilates and fitness. It depends on the workout! Fly Fresh Fitness has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some may require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone , regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
