    Hi, I’m Francesca, an Italo-Australian Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Coach based in Sydney. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, toned, and confident in their bodies. With a Cert III & IV in Personal Training, my coaching focuses on Glutes, Core, and Total Body sculpting, all while maintaining a feminine and elegant look.     How do I choose the right workout for me?
    Each workout is labeled by focus (glutes, full-body, upper body, core etc.), intensity, and duration (30', 45', 60') to help you pick what suits your goals and schedule. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, there are strength, toning, and low-impact options to match your needs.
    Do I need equipment for the workouts?
    ✔️ Home Workouts : You'll need a mat, 2x dumbbells (2kg-3kg), 1 heavier dumbbell and/or kettlebell (10kg-12kg), 2x ankle weights, resistance bands, and a yoga block (especially for mobility and stretching). ✔️ Gym Workouts include machines, resistance bands, ankle straps, dumbbells, barbells, benches, Smith machines, cable machines, and a step/raiser for lower body and plyometric movements.
    How often are new workouts added?
    New workouts, routines, and challenges are uploaded regularly to keep your training fresh and exciting. Stay consistent and check back for new content!
