Ball Handling Series is a progressive 3-week program that focuses on multiple stationary ball handling drills to sharpen your ability to handle the ball.  This program utilizes a series of varied drills to challenge you and push you toward improvement.

• Stationary - no dribble
• Stationary - 1 ball
• Stationary - 2 ball

Each 10-minute daily ball handling workout includes 3 different drills.

This program is designed for elementary through high school age players.
