My arms are so dead right now. Those last reps of bicep curls had me DYING! The biceps are gonna be popping this summer ladies! I'm so excited and proud of myself for continuing my fitness journey! I usually would've quit but I keep coming back because Mickaela is just amazing and the workouts are very exciting and I always look forward to challenging myself each day since I started her programs. I missed day 2 but aim still here and kickin!
