Half Italian / half Greek and currently based between New York, Milan, Athens & Dublin with clients in all over the world . I am a certified fitness coach ( National Academy of Sports and Medicine, USA ) HIIT, Yoga & Meditation instructor ( Rishikesh Yog Dham, India ) and Nutrition Coach ( Shaw Academy, Ireland) A former athlete, I teach all HIIT ,Cross-Training, CrossFit, Yoga, Stretching , Meditation and Pilates Mat classes and New also train clients privately both in person and online. I have great experience with building personalized training and nutrition plans for people of all fitness levels. Not yet! But message me what workouts you love or want to see more of!
What type of workouts are you sharing?
Short yet effective at home workouts with minimal to no equipment. From Full BodyHIIT, Shadow Boxing, Upper & Lower Strength Conditionings, Cardio blasts, 6 pack shreds to Pilates Mat, Traditional Yoga and Stretching & Mobility workouts...you name it and I’ll post it here! The workouts are designed to be done by anyone anytime anywhere.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
I keep it really minimalistic. All you need is your own body weight- and trust me that’s your best equipment. Most require a yoga mat and in some workouts we use booty bands, towels and medium to light weights ( which can be replaced easily with soup cans ).
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
To feel and look good !!! With my workouts you will shred fat, burn calories, strengthen your muscles, stretch your body, have fun and be the best version of yourself !
