Improving your chest development is going to significantly better your entire physique. It's not going to happen overnight, but by the end of this 10-week program, you're going to surprise yourself on how much your pecs have grown!
Besides growing a bigger, denser and thicker chest, this program is also going to maximize the overall shape of your pecs by hitting them from every possible angle.
Each week the program will advance. Whether it's simply by increasing the number of working sets you're doing for an exercise, adding an additional exercise, or implementing a novel intensity technique, each week builds upon the previous. It's important that you log your workouts so you can objectively measure how you're progressing in the strength department.
Week after week, you will get stronger and by the end of the 10th week, your chest is going to be bigger!
This program will only focus on your chest workouts. On week 1 and week 2 you will work your chest once / week. From week 3 forward you’ll work your chest twice / week. Your schedule could look like this:
Moday: Chest (workout 1)
Tuesday: Other body part or rest
Wednesday: Other body part or rest
Thursday: Chest (workout 2)
Friday: Other body part or rest
Saturday: Other body part or rest
Sunday: Other body part or rest
It's important to have at least 48 hours of rest in between Workout 1 and Workout 2 of the chest training. This is going to give your body an opportunity to recover. We want to maximize the growth capabilities of your body, so we need to make sure you don't over train.
