Finished day 7 just 10 mins before midnight 😜 This challenge 2 not only pushed me, but made me better with my push ups and turning up the speed vol. little more on my jump ropes. Mahalo Whit for the challenge. Can't wait for the next one🤙🏾

Day 3 of challenge complete. Love being able to challenge my self with the reps added to each workout. Super fun and challenge for me, especially the push ups. Being able to feel more confident in doing regular push ups instead of going on my knees. A big plus for me.
