It was heart pumping awesome. Burpees always get me all the time but I believe it will only get better as I keep going and moving. Missed yesterday's day one. So I'm going to hit this video up again this afternoon with my keikis. Mahalo Whit as always. I am creating a healthier version on myself. I see it and I believe it. Cheehooo💪🏾💪🏾
