About the Handstand 2.0 program

I have designed this program based on my personal experience with learning handstands, coupled with my journey as a yoga teacher. Drawing from both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, I've crafted a class that can be comfortably practiced at home or in a gym setting. To ensure accessibility, I've tailored the program to require only basic yoga props, allowing you to participate from anywhere. Each class is designed to last no longer than 45 minutes. Yes! You can definitely join! There will be few times where you need to confidently be able to hold a handstand. This program is for both individuals who can sometimes hold a handstand and anybody still looking to find balance

At most, you'll require a strap and a yoga block, both of which can often be substituted with items you likely already have at home, such as a towel or a thick book. I've made sure that the program is accessible and convenient, minimising the need for specialised gear.
