Farm Fit Mumma Xmas 2025
It's the busiest season in the house and on the paddock. This advent - style series gives you one fresh workout a day, 15-20 minutes, to squeeze in between school runs, feed time, and wrapping presents.
Quick, no fuss sessions to keep you strong and energised through the holidays.
Daily Workouts
- Short, effective bursts that hit shoulders, glutes, legs, and core, think carry the kids, swing the gates, lift the feed bags strength.
- Do them during nap time, while dinner's in the slow cooker or out by the shed.
What you'll need
- Dumbbells, barbell optional but if you have you can use for hip thrusts, glute band if you want to challenge yourself more, chair/bench, stability ball also optional.
Safety and Mumma notes
- Choose solid, non slippery surfaces, wear closed in shoes, keep loads even
- Pregnant or post partum, lift light breath through the effort (no breathe holding), use a chair when doing push ups, and split stance moves, and always stop if anything is hurting
- Little farm hands welcome, give them a light bucket and make it a game :)
