If you haven’t had success with other workouts in the past, you may be choosing the wrong ones! You need to find something that challenges you, that you have fun, and that is consistently staying fresh and new to keep you engaged.
I'm a beginner, is kettlebell training for me?
Absolutely! Faith provides workouts for all levels, from Beginner to Advanced. Start slow, learn the foundations, and then, over time, you can progress.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
For the majority of Faith's classes, you will need at least one kettlebell. It's recommended that you invest in one moderate and one heavy bell for upper and lower focus.
What workouts does Faith specialize in?
Primarily in kettlebells, but you'll also see jump rope, booty, core workouts, and more!
