This 4-week Functional Core Program is designed for pregnant women, postpartum moms, and women experiencing back pain or leakage who want to strengthen their core, improve stability, and restore pelvic floor function. With four 30-minute workouts per week, this program targets the upper body, lower body, posterior chain, and anterior chain, blending strength, mobility, and deep core and pelvic floor exercises. Using just bodyweight, dumbbells, and mini bands, each workout focuses on breathwork, core control, and functional movements to help rebuild strength safely and effectively. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or managing core and pelvic floor dysfunction, this program will help you feel stronger, move better, and reduce symptoms like back pain and incontinence.

I grew up in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Biochemistry. I moved to Denver in 2013 where I started my career in the fitness industry. I began my own personal training business working primarily with brides. Fast forward 11 years, I now own 2 fitness studios in Denver, CO where we have helped hundred of women find themselves through movement and accountability. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
