Okay so here's the thing. I'm 10 weeks pregnant right now, which means I'm doing every single one of these workouts with you, first trimester exhaustion and nausea and all. Some days I'm going to crush the full thing and some days I'm going to do the bare minimum and call it a win, and honestly that's exactly how it should be.
But I want to be really clear about something, because I think it matters. I'm not someone who got pregnant, started posting workouts, and decided that makes me an expert. I've spent over six years coaching pregnant and postpartum women in person, in our studios here in Denver, which means I've actually watched thousands of women move through every stage of this. I've seen what happens when women stop training their core the second they get pregnant, and I've seen how differently recovery goes for the women who stay connected to it the whole way through. That's what this challenge is built on. Not my pregnancy, but thousands of real women's experiences, and a lot of lessons I learned by being in the room with them.
I'm a NASM-certified Pre and Postnatal Specialist and Functional Core Specialist, I have a background in biochemistry, and I created the Postpartum Assessment. But truthfully, the certifications aren't what taught me the most. The women did.
And if you're not pregnant or postpartum, please don't scroll past this thinking it's not for you. Your core and your pelvic floor are working for you in every single season of your life, whether you had a baby last year, fifteen years ago, or never plan to. Most women just never get taught how to actually connect to them.
So come do this with me. I'll be right there doing it too.
